Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you offer mobile services?

Yes. All therapeutic sessions are delivered directly to your home, workplace, or private event location throughout Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding communities.

2. What should I expect during my first session?

Your session begins with a brief consultation to identify areas of tension and your goals for that visit. From there, I integrate decompression, assisted mobility work, deep tissue techniques, and breath throughout the session to deliver noticeable results.

Most clients feel lighter and more mobile before the session is even complete.

3. How is assisted stretching incorporated into the session?

Assisted stretching is naturally integrated where it supports your goals for the day.

It may be used at the beginning of the session to help release tension and improve mobility before deeper work begins, or incorporated throughout to enhance overall results.

Because mobility work is woven into therapeutic care, you receive comprehensive support without needing separate sessions.

4. How often should I book?

Many clients begin with 90-minute sessions every two weeks to reduce tension and improve mobility. Frequency can be adjusted based on your goals and lifestyle.

Consistency supports longer-lasting results.

5. What areas do you serve?

Services are provided throughout Rancho Cucamonga and neighboring communities. Travel fees may apply outside the primary service area.

6. Do I need to provide anything?

Please provide a clean, quiet space with approximately 8x8 feet of clear room for the table. All equipment, linens, and supplies are provided.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Full policy details are available on the Booking Policies page.

8. Do you work with workplace teams and private events?

Yes. Structured on-site massage sessions are available for small business teams and private gatherings. Visit the Workplace Wellness or Private Events pages for details.

9. Is this just relaxation massage?

No. While sessions are restorative, they are structured and mobility-focused. The goal is noticeable improvement in how your body moves and feels.
