2. What should I expect during my first session?
Every first session begins with a conversation about your health history, movement concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
Depending on the service you've scheduled, your session may include movement and mobility assessment, personalized movement coaching, therapeutic bodywork, assisted stretching, mobility exercises, and recommendations designed specifically for your needs.
Every session is individualized and progresses at a pace that's appropriate for you.
3. What's the difference between a Movement & Mobility Session and a One-on-One Wellness Session?
Movement & Mobility Sessions focus on improving how your body moves through personalized movement coaching, mobility exercises, balance, flexibility, and functional movement education.
One-on-One Wellness Sessions focus primarily on therapeutic bodywork, myofascial techniques, assisted stretching, and recovery-focused care to reduce tension and improve overall comfort.
Many clients benefit from both services depending on their goals.
4. How is assisted stretching incorporated into my session?
Assisted stretching is incorporated when it supports your goals and movement needs.
It may be used to improve mobility before therapeutic work begins, enhance movement during a session, or support recovery afterward. Every session is personalized, so stretching is integrated only when appropriate.
5. How often should I schedule sessions?
Your recommended schedule depends on your goals, current mobility, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
Most Movement & Mobility clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and establish healthy movement patterns before transitioning to bi-weekly or monthly maintenance.
Many One-on-One Wellness clients schedule sessions every 2–4 weeks depending on their recovery needs and wellness goals.
During your initial session, we'll discuss the schedule that's right for you.
6. Do you offer Workplace Wellness services?
Yes.
Lindsay's Bliss partners with organizations to provide on-site Workplace Wellness Experiences designed to support employee well-being, movement, mobility, posture, circulation, and overall workplace wellness.
Experiences may include therapeutic chair and/or table massage, guided movement and mobility experiences, restorative reset sessions, and posture-conscious wellness support tailored to your team's needs.
7. How do Workplace Wellness Days work?
Workplace Wellness Days are coordinated directly through email to ensure scheduling, employee participation, and wellness experiences are tailored to your workplace.
Depending on your goals, experiences may include rotating chair or table massage sessions, guided movement and mobility experiences, or customized employee wellness programming.
8. What areas do you serve?
Services are provided throughout Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding communities.
Travel fees may apply outside the primary service area.
9. Do I need to provide anything?
For One-on-One Wellness and Movement & Mobility Sessions, please provide a clean, quiet area with approximately 8 × 8 feet of open space.
All equipment, linens, and supplies are provided.
Setup requirements for Workplace Wellness Experiences vary depending on the size of your team and the services being provided.
10. Is this just a massage?
No.
While therapeutic bodywork is one part of what Lindsay's Bliss offers, the overall focus is helping individuals move better, reduce tension, improve mobility, and build confidence through personalized movement, mobility, and wellness services.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
One-on-One Wellness Sessions and Movement & Mobility Sessions require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Workplace Wellness Experiences require at least 72 hours' notice due to scheduling coordination and reserved team time.
