1. Do you offer on-site wellness services?
Yes. Lindsay’s Bliss provides on-site wellness experiences throughout Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding communities for both Workplace Wellness and One-on-One Wellness Sessions.
2. What should I expect during my first session?
Each wellness session begins with a short consultation to identify focus areas, movement concerns, and overall wellness goals for the visit.
From there, sessions may incorporate therapeutic bodywork, guided movement, mobility-focused support, assisted stretching, and restorative wellness techniques designed to help you feel more supported, refreshed, and physically balanced.
3. How is assisted stretching incorporated into the session?
Assisted stretching is naturally integrated where it supports your goals for the day.
It may be used at the beginning of the session to help release tension and improve mobility before deeper work begins, or incorporated throughout to enhance overall results.
Because movement and mobility support are integrated into the wellness experience, clients receive more comprehensive support without needing separate sessions.
4. How often should I book?
Many One-on-One Wellness clients begin with 90-minute sessions every 2–4 weeks depending on their goals, lifestyle, movement needs, and overall wellness preferences.
Consistency often supports longer-lasting results.
5. What areas do you serve?
Services are provided throughout Rancho Cucamonga and neighboring communities. Travel fees may apply outside the primary service area.
6. Do I need to provide anything?
Please provide a clean, quiet space with approximately 8x8 feet of open floor area for setup.
All wellness equipment, linens, and supplies are provided.
For Workplace Wellness Days, setup needs may vary depending on team size and wellness experience structure.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
One-on-One Wellness Sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Workplace Wellness Days require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice due to scheduling coordination and reserved team time.

8. Do you offer Workplace Wellness services?
Yes. Lindsay’s Bliss offers structured Workplace Wellness experiences designed to support employee well-being, movement, mobility, and overall workplace wellness.
Experiences may include therapeutic chair and/or table massage, guided movement and mobility support, restorative reset experiences, and posture-conscious wellness techniques tailored for desk-based professionals.

9. Is this just relaxation massage?
No. While sessions are restorative, they are structured and mobility-focused. The goal is noticeable improvement in how your body moves and feels.
10. How do Workplace Wellness Days work?
Workplace Wellness Days are coordinated directly through email to ensure scheduling, employee participation, and wellness experiences are properly tailored to your workplace environment.
Sessions are typically structured in rotating time blocks for employees and may include chair and/or table massage, movement support, mobility guidance, or restorative wellness experiences depending on your workplace goals.
