Reserving Your Workplace Wellness Day

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Workplace Wellness Day and secure your requested date.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise discussed in advance.

Workplace Wellness Days are scheduled directly through email communication to ensure proper coordination for your team, schedule, and workplace setup needs.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for Workplace Wellness Day rescheduling or cancellations.

Because scheduling, travel preparation, and reserved time are coordinated specifically for your workplace, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice.

With sufficient notice, deposits may be transferred to a new scheduled date based on availability.

Travel & Setup

Lindsay’s Bliss is based in Rancho Cucamonga and proudly serves surrounding communities.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

To help create a smooth and professional experience, workplaces are asked to provide:

  • Adequate space for chair massage or wellness setup

  • Reasonable access for equipment setup

  • A low-distraction environment when possible

  • A coordinated employee rotation schedule for larger teams

Workplace Wellness Experience

Each Workplace Wellness Day is intentionally designed to support employee well-being, movement, mobility, and overall workplace wellness.

Experiences may include therapeutic chair and or table massage, guided movement and mobility support, restorative reset experiences, and posture-conscious wellness techniques tailored to your workplace environment.

One-on-One Wellness Session Policies

Booking & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due at the completion of your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

With more than 24 hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date based on availability.

Late Starts

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

If the session begins late due to client preparation, access delays, or the space not being ready upon arrival, hands-on time may be shortened to remain on schedule.

Session length cannot be extended due to late starts.

No-Shows

Because travel and setup time are reserved specifically for each appointment, no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Future bookings may require full prepayment.

If the session cannot be completed due to client unavailability, unsafe conditions, or illness upon arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

Mobile Wellness Session Requirements

To help create a safe and professional experience, clients are asked to provide:

• A clean, quiet space with approximately 8x8 feet of open floor area
• Ground-level access when possible for equipment setup
• Adequate nearby parking
• Pets secured away from the session area
• A smoke-free, low-distraction environment

If the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be ended and counted as used.

Intake & Personalization

All new clients complete a brief intake form prior to their first session.

Each wellness session begins with a short consultation to confirm focus areas and ensure your experience is personalized to your needs and goals.
