Booking Policies

Your time is valuable — and so is mine.
These policies ensure fairness, professionalism, and a smooth experience for every client.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance at the time of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

With more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

Late Starts

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

If the session begins late due to client preparation, access delays, or space not being ready upon arrival, hands-on time may be shortened to remain on schedule.

Session length cannot be extended due to late starts.

No-Shows

Because travel and setup time are already invested, no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Future bookings may require full prepayment.

If I arrive and the session cannot be completed due to client unavailability, unsafe conditions, or illness, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

Mobile Service Requirements

To ensure a safe and professional experience, please provide:

• A clean, quiet space with approximately 8x8 feet of clear floor area
• Ground-level access for equipment setup
• Adequate parking near the residence
• Pets secured in another room during the session
• A smoke-free and low-distraction environment

If the space is unsafe or unsuitable, the appointment may be ended and counted as used.

Intake

All clients complete an intake form prior to their first session.

Each session begins with a short consultation to confirm focus areas and ensure your care is personalized to your needs.
