Your Care Path

Real results start the moment you get on the table.

Most clients feel lighter, looser, and more mobile before the session is even finished. That immediate shift is intentional.

Therapeutic bodywork is not just about temporary relaxation. It is about helping your body move better, recover more efficiently, and hold onto that progress between sessions.

Here is how ongoing care supports lasting results.

Phase 1: Reset & Restore

For clients experiencing tension, stiffness, or recurring discomfort.

This phase focuses on reducing accumulated stress patterns, improving mobility, and restoring balance in the areas that need the most attention.

Many clients begin with:

• 90-minute sessions
• Every 2 weeks

This allows enough time for focused work while giving the body time to respond and adapt.

Phase 2: Build & Maintain

Once tension patterns begin to decrease, sessions become about maintaining mobility and preventing restriction from returning.

Most clients transition to:

• 90-minute sessions
• Every 2–4 weeks

Consistency at this stage helps protect the progress you have already built.

Phase 3: Support & Performance

For clients who want to stay ahead of tension, maintain mobility, and support an active lifestyle.

Sessions are scheduled:

• Monthly
• Or as needed based on lifestyle demands

At this point, care becomes preventative and performance-supportive rather than corrective.

Why 90 Minutes?

A 90-minute session allows time to decompress the spine, integrate mobility work, and address multiple areas without rushing the process.

It creates deeper change and longer-lasting results compared to shorter sessions.

Immediate Results. Sustainable Progress.

You will feel the difference after one session.

Ongoing care ensures that difference lasts.
