Workplace Wellness Scheduling & Policies

Reserving Your Workplace Wellness Day

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Workplace Wellness Day and secure your requested date.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise discussed in advance.

Workplace Wellness Days are scheduled directly through email communication to ensure proper coordination for your team, schedule, and workplace setup needs.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for Workplace Wellness Day rescheduling or cancellations.

Because scheduling, travel preparation, and dedicated service time are reserved specifically for your organization, deposits are non-refundable.

With at least 72 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new scheduled date based on availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Travel & Setup

Lindsay's Bliss is based in Rancho Cucamonga and serves surrounding communities.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

To help create a smooth and professional experience, workplaces are asked to provide:

  • Adequate space for the scheduled wellness experience

  • Reasonable access for equipment setup

  • A low-distraction environment when possible

  • A coordinated employee rotation schedule for Workplace Wellness Days

Specific setup needs will be discussed before your scheduled date.

Your Workplace Wellness Experience

Each Lindsay's Bliss experience is intentionally designed to support employee well-being, movement, mobility, and an opportunity to reset during the workday.

Depending on the experience selected, services may include hands-on wellness, guided movement and mobility, assisted stretching, restorative reset techniques, and posture-focused wellness education.

All experiences are designed to fit naturally into the workplace while providing employees with dedicated time to move, recharge, and return to their day feeling refreshed and supported.
