Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance at the time of service.


What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, will result in a loss of your deposit.


Will I need to fill out any paperwork before my session?

Yes. You’ll complete a short intake form prior to your appointment. At the start of massage and assisted stretching sessions, I’ll also perform a brief assessment so we can clearly define the areas of focus for your treatment. This step ensures your session is safe, personalized, and effective.


What happens if I’m not ready when you arrive?

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. If additional time is needed after I arrive, it may shorten your hands-on session so that I can remain on schedule for other clients.


Do you travel outside of Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas?

Yes, but an additional travel fee may apply for appointments outside the standard service area. Please inquire before booking.


What should I prepare before my appointment?

  • Ensure a clean, safe space with enough room for a massage table (approx. 8x8 feet).

  • For facials, a clean sink with running water must be available.

  • Pets must be secured in another room during the appointment.

  • Appointments are performed on the ground/lower level of the residence for safety and convenience.


Do you bring all the supplies?

Yes. I provide the massage table, linens, skincare products, and any equipment needed for your service. All you need to provide is the space and sink access (for facials).


Can I book multiple services in one visit?

Absolutely! Many clients combine massage and facial services for a full self-care experience. Add-ons like LED light therapy or reflexology can also be included.


What forms of payment do you accept?

Deposits are paid online at booking. Remaining balances can be paid by card, mobile payment, or cash at the time of service.


How should I tip?

Tips are never required but always appreciated. Most clients prefer to include gratuity in their final payment.


Do you work on children or teens?

Yes, with parental consent. A parent or guardian must be present during the entire session for clients under 18.
