Services

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Completed Services: Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Deposits are forfeited and will not be refunded.
Products

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of skincare products and health/safety standards, all product sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and a replacement or store credit will be arranged.

Allergies & Sensitivities: Ingredients are clearly listed on each product page. Refunds will not be issued for reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may only be redeemed toward services or products.

They cannot be exchanged for cash value.
