I’m Lindsay, a massage therapy student at the National Holistic Institute and a Licensed Esthetician specializing in corrective skincare. I offer mobile services that support how your body feels, moves, and functions with the added benefit of results-driven facials to help your skin look as healthy as you feel.
My massage sessions are tailored using Swedish, deep tissue-inspired techniques, PNF stretches, and myofascial-informed touch. Each session is client-centered, professional, and focused on your goals, whether that’s stress relief, increased mobility, or long-term muscle recovery.
For skin care, I offer customized facials designed to correct and prevent signs of aging, restore skin balance, and support overall skin health, all delivered in the comfort of your own space.

Every session includes a personalized “Ground & Gratitude Flow”, a few extra minutes to ground your body and mind.
Before we begin, we’ll start with a short breathing practice to help you settle in and set an intention for your session. Afterward, we’ll close with a quiet moment of gratitude, giving your body space to absorb the work.

Every session is personalized to your needs that day, whether you're holding tension, feeling stiff, or just needing deep relaxation. You simply book your preferred length, and I’ll blend the best techniques to support how your body feels.
Here are some of the approaches I may use:
Swedish Massage
Soothing, flowing strokes designed to relax the nervous system and support overall well-being. Great for stress relief, better circulation, and quieting a busy mind.
Deep Tissue (only when needed)
Focused, slow pressure targeting deeper layers of muscle. I use this selectively to release stubborn tension, without the bruising or "no pain, no gain" approach.
Myofascial Release
A slower, more focused technique that works with the fascia (your body's connective tissue). This helps unwind restrictions, improve mobility, and create lasting change in areas that feel tight or "stuck."
Sports Massage
Ideal for active clients; this style blends movement, stretching, and targeted techniques to support performance, recovery, or general muscle function.
Table Shiatsu
Rooted in Eastern practices, this clothed technique uses acupressure and rhythmic compression to rebalance energy, ground the body, and ease tension. It's deeply calming and restorative.
Hot Stone Massage (available upon request, prior to appointment)
Smooth, heated stones are used to melt muscle tension and promote deep relaxation. The warmth allows for deeper work with less pressure. If you love the feeling of heat and comfort, this one's for you.

At Lindsay’s Bliss, I bring professional-grade skincare and customized facial treatments directly to your home. Combining advanced tools, expert hands, and deep intention. Each facial begins and ends with my signature Ground & Gratitude Flow: two short breathwork moments to help you arrive fully, set intention, and leave feeling integrated and whole.
Your treatment includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, enzyme therapy, extractions (as needed), facial massage, two targeted masks, and a curated layering of serums and moisturizers to leave your skin visibly nourished. Each facial also includes care for your neck and décolleté.

Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable — and so is mine. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, please review the following policy:
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
This allows the appointment time to be offered to someone else.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services booked.
If you're unable to keep your appointment, you may refer a friend or family member to take your place to avoid the cancellation fee.
The referral must be available at your originally scheduled time and location, and the service location must be within 20 miles of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session rate and will be required to prepay for future bookings.
If I arrive and am unable to perform the service (due to client absence, unsafe conditions, or an unprepared space), it will be considered a no-show.
I understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up. I aim to be fair, while also protecting my time and business.
