We value your time and ours. Please take a moment to review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. These guidelines help ensure fairness, respect, and a smooth experience for everyone.
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment.

The deposit amount will be applied toward your balance at the time of service.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you need to reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will carry over to the new appointment.
Late Starts

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

If additional time is needed for you to prepare after I arrive, it may shorten your hands-on service so I can stay on schedule for all clients.

Service length cannot be extended due to late starts.
No-Shows

Because travel and set-up time are already invested, no-shows result in a loss of deposit and may require prepayment in full for future bookings.

If I arrive and the appointment cannot be completed (for reasons such as illness, unsafe space, or the client being unavailable), it is considered a no-show.
Mobile Service Considerations

Clean Environment: Please provide a safe, clean, and comfortable space for services to be performed.

Facials: Must be performed near a clean sink with running water for proper sanitation.

Pets: All pets must be secured in another area of the home during the appointment.

Level Access: Services are performed on the ground/lower level of the residence for ease of equipment transport and safety.

Parking: Adequate parking must be available close to the residence for unloading equipment.

Space Requirements: Please ensure there is enough room for a massage table and for me to move freely around it (approximately 8x8 feet of clear space).

Environment: The space should be free of smoke, strong odors, or distractions that may interfere with treatment.
Intake & Assessment

All new and returning clients will complete a brief intake form prior to their appointment.

At the beginning of massage or assisted stretching sessions, I will conduct a short assessment to identify your focus areas and goals for that session.

This ensures each appointment is tailored to your specific needs.
By Booking an Appointment
You agree to these policies and understand that deposits are applied toward your total balance, but are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival.
