Stretch Therapy improves flexibility, joint mobility, and range of motion through a customized blend of active and assisted stretches. Whether booked as a stand-alone session or paired with corrective exercise, Stretch Therapy supports long-term comfort and freedom of movement.
Guided Stretch Therapy — 60 Min (Standalone)
Guided Stretch Therapy is an active, education-focused session where Lindsay leads you through customized stretches based on your posture, movement patterns, and areas of tightness. You stay engaged and in control while learning how to safely stretch your body, improve alignment, and support your own mobility routine between sessions. Ideal for clients who want to build confidence, body awareness, and long-term flexibility habits they can use on their own.

Assisted Stretch Therapy is a fully hands-on session — Lindsay does the work while you relax and breathe. Using controlled, passive stretches and gentle mobility techniques, this session focuses on key areas of restriction to help ease tightness, improve range of motion, and support healthier movement patterns. Ideal for clients who feel “locked up,” sit or stand for long periods, or simply want to feel lighter, looser, and more supported in their body.

For clients who want a focused boost without booking a full stretch session, Assisted Stretch Therapy can be added on to your primary service. This targeted 15 minute sequence is fully hands-on — Lindsay applies assisted stretches while you relax and breathe.

- ✔️ Applied to the primary area we’re addressing that session (hips, shoulders, low back, etc.)

Note: This is an add-on service only and must be booked with a primary session. For more comprehensive mobility work, a full 60-minute Stretch Therapy session is recommended.
