Functional Fitness & Corrective Coaching Programs

Structured, results-focused programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and everyday movement — without the overwhelm of traditional gym culture.

These programs are for clients who want more than a single session — they’re designed for consistent support, clear progression, and real change over time. Choose from one-on-one corrective coaching, hybrid training, or small group functional fitness depending on your goals and desired level of personalization.

1:1 Corrective Coaching Programs

One-on-one programs are ideal if you’re dealing with specific movement limitations, recurring discomfort, or want a customized plan built entirely around your body and goals.

Weekly Corrective Coaching — 1:1

A once-weekly coaching program focused on improving movement patterns, posture, and functional strength at a sustainable pace. Sessions blend corrective exercise, mobility work, and simple at-home strategies to support your progress between visits.

Accelerated Corrective Coaching — 1:1 (2x/Week)

A higher-touch option for clients who want faster, more noticeable change. Meeting twice per week allows us to reinforce new patterns, address compensations sooner, and build strength and mobility more quickly.

Scheduling Structure: All 1:1 programs follow a same-time, same-place weekly rhythm for accountability and predictable progress.

Payments & Commitment: Billed as an automatic monthly subscription with a two-month minimum commitment. Payments are processed in advance for the upcoming month. You may cancel anytime before the next billing date; there are no partial refunds. If canceled mid-month, you will complete the remaining paid sessions.

Space Requirements (1:1): A clean, clear, safe space free of clutter and obstacles is required. Pets must be secured in another room. Unsafe or unsuitable spaces may result in the session being ended and counted as used.

Note: All 1:1 programs include an initial assessment, movement review, and ongoing adjustments.

Hybrid Corrective Program

The Hybrid Program blends the best of both worlds — one functional workout + one recovery session (bodywork or assisted stretch) per week. This structure helps you strengthen and restore your body simultaneously, improving movement, reducing tension patterns, and supporting faster progress.

Each week includes:

  • ✔️ One functional strength/movement session
  • ✔️ One recovery-based session (stretch therapy or targeted bodywork)
  • ✔️ Corrective strategies woven into both sessions
  • ✔️ Personalized progression based on weekly movement patterns

Commitment: Billed as an automatic monthly subscription with a two-month minimum. Payments are made in advance for the upcoming month. If canceled mid-month, you will complete the remaining paid sessions. No partial refunds.

Small Group Functional Fitness Programs

Small group programs are focused on general functional fitness — not individualized corrective work. You’ll move, sweat, and build strength in a supportive setting using bodyweight, bands, and light weights.

Important: Small group programs are for your group — Lindsay does not assemble groups or mix households.

4-Week Small Group Functional Fitness

A focused four-week series designed to help you reconnect with movement, build consistency, and gain confidence in foundational exercises.

8-Week Small Group Functional Fitness — Transformation Series

An extended eight-week training series with progressive movement patterns, accountability, and supportive coaching.

  • ✔️ General functional fitness — not corrective coaching
  • ✔️ For your invited group only
  • ✔️ 2–4 participants per group
  • ✔️ Same location, same time weekly
  • ✔️ Clients provide their own equipment

Space Requirements (Groups): Organizer must provide a clean, clear, safe space large enough for all participants. Pets must be secured in another room.

Group Payments: All payments are made by one designated organizer. Non-refundable, non-transferable. Missed sessions are forfeited.

  • ✔️ All programs are scheduled in advance and paid up front
  • ✔️ 1:1 and Hybrid programs are billed monthly with a two-month minimum
  • ✔️ Sessions are held at your home or a pre-agreed local space
  • ✔️ Clients provide their own fitness equipment
  • ✔️ All programs follow a same-time, same-place structure
  • ✔️ Small group programs are for your invited group only

  • ✔️ Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
